Can you really find love online?

Many people still seem to have doubts about whether they can find love online. But statistics would seem to indicate that online relationships are a real thing. 1 in 5 relationships today start online. And sites like Eharmony account for thousands of marriages each and every year.

Dating sites are the most obvious choice for people who are looking for love online. The best sites to consider are, Eharmony, Zoosk, and Christian Mingle. Most of these sites offer a free trial, so you should take advantage of them whenever you can. For example, I used a free trial for before I joined the site and became a regular subscriber. If you want to get this same deal, just visit to claim a free trial offer.

But online dating sites aren’t your only option. There are many other venues online through which people form relationships. Video games are one popular way people meet each other online, but they may not appeal to everyone. Virtual worlds like Second Life have also been responsible for bringing people together. Last but not least, if you are active in social media, you may discover that is a great way to make friends online. And who knows, you may start out as friends but the relationship could blossom into something more significant down the line.

By all means, you should join top dating sites if you are interested in getting involved in a relationship. But my only point is, don’t close yourself off to other avenues. If there is an activity you enjoy online, be it gaming, tweeting, or anything else, keep engaging in those activities, but keep an open mind. Meeting someone online doesn’t necessarily have to only happen on dating sites like

Vitamins that have helped me improve Acne

vitamins and mineralsLast month, I wrote about some good e-cigarette brands. But regardless of the brand you choose, if you quit smoking and switch to e-cigarettes, you may experience acne. In this article I will talk about the things that have helped me deal with this problem.

Acne is one of the most frustrating problems one could deal with. And although many people believe it’s only teenagers who deal with acne, this is in fact not true. Millions of adults struggle with this condition as well. While there are medications one can take to manage the condition, such medications can often be harmful, and for this reason it is a lot better to seek out a natural remedy.

I have long relied on vitamins and other supplements to help me address a number of health concerns. Acne has been no exception. Through much trail and error, I have found a handful of vitamins and minerals that have helped improve my complexion greatly. Below, I will go over each one in further detail.

1. Vitamin D
Many Americans are deficient in this important vitamin, and you might be as well. If you are, there is a good chance it is contributing to your acne problems. But the solution is really quite easy. Vitamin D is cheap and available everywhere. I have had good results taking 2000 IU a day. You can purchase this vitamin at the supermarket, or from online vitamin stores like Vitamin World.

2. Vitamin E
This vitamin has been known to be good for your skin. You can use it in 2 ways for Acne. First, you can take it each morning as part of your vitamin regimen. In addition to that, you can pop open the capsules and rub the vitamin E oil over your acne scars. This helps the scars heal much more quickly.

3. Zinc
Studies have shown that zinc deficiency can be a contributing factor to Acne. There are many types of zinc you can take, but I have had success with Zinc Gluconate. I take 50 mg in the morning and evening. Make sure you do not overdose on this mineral, however, since it can have side effects. It’s important to remember that the Tolerable Upper Limit for elemental zinc is 40mg. But keep in mind, 100 mg of zinc gluconate typically only has about 13 g of elemental zinc. Therefore, you may want to take as much as 200 – 300 mg of zinc gluconate to deal with stubborn acne problems. Fortunately, zinc is cheap and available just about everywhere.

For the best deals on vitamins, I recommend using Vitamin World. You can read more about this great vitamin store by checking out this Pureformulas Review.

Some good e-cigarette brands to consider

volcano brand e-cigarette batteries

Are you thinking of trying out electronic cigarettes? For those of you who are not familiar with these devices, e-cigarettes are vaporizers that allow you to inhale nicotine vapors. They are generally considered much safer than traditional cigarettes, and are often marketed as a device to help you quit smoking.

But the problem many newcomers face is that there are so many brands to choose from that they feel a bit lost. Don’t make the mistake of selecting a brand randomly, since the quality of e-cigarettes can vary quite a bit. I recommend reading e-cigarette reviews and also joining electronic cigarette forums to familiarize yourself with what your options are. With that said, here are some of the e-cigarette companies I have purchase from.

Volcano Ecigs – This store has a very comprehensive starter kit you can purchase that will have everything from batteries, cartomizers, and even a hand-held charger. Their batteries are well made and have the 510 threading, which is widely supported. You have a choice between 3 types of batteries. If you want a volcano ecig coupon, head over to

Halo Cigs – They make some of the coolest looking e-cigarettes. The batteries are pretty decent, but be aware that you need to buy Halo chargers – otherwise, the batteries may not charge correctly. You can purchase the smaller G6 batteries, or the larger Triton batteries if you want a tank system.

Smokeless Image – These guys make great batteries in a variety of colors. I have only tried the volt batteries but they are excellent, and well reviewed by other users.

Vapor4life – They have some of the most expensive batteries and while many people praise the batteries from Vapor4life, I personally was not impressed with the automatic battery I purchased from them. The battery itself seemed well made, but it you simply had to draw pretty hard in order to get vapor.

Other brands you might want to consider include V2 Cigs, Green Smoke, and Blu Cigs. For more information on ecigs, make sure you visit
